Pros
Clean environment, good pay and benefits for the area
Cons
Supervisors determine how an employee is treated just by looking at the new employee. They do not take time to get to know you as a worker or person. If they don't like how you look they are always telling the employee they are doing something wrong. We get in trouble for cleaning when machine is down, setting up your workspace to work more efficiently and makes them do what their friends want the new employee to do, also a few times a week they wouldn't send to break and after waiting over an hour and half you go and use restroom you get yelled at and sent to the office also for telling their friend that is working on same line that I'll do what I need to do to do my job efficiently and not how they do it. Everyone is different and as long as employees are staying within rules and regulations they should not be punished for not doing everything a regular worker thats at the same level as the employee tells you to do so they do not have to work as hard.
