Pros
There were some great people that worked at Berry, and I enjoyed the kind words and solitude of many of the people that I met
Cons
The Director that I worked under had unrealistic expectations of my work-life balance, and I grew sick of working 60 hour weeks while living out of a hotel. He also grew a toxic culture of fear to ask him questions and misspeak, and would often snap on employees for little to no reason.
