      a paycheck and health insurance, dental plan and 401k. lots of good people working hard in the production area. good safety record in the Easthampton plant

      Cons

      high pressure to get numbers with minimal staffing, pressure to produce quality products without sufficient resources and support. Office and production are separate cultures

      Very easy commute, plenty of parking at the location

      Cons

      Poor training. You will sit with many different people for just a few hours at a time, but they all do everything differently, it can be very confusing. The desk and cubicle walls were in very poor (worn) condition.
