Pros
Good people who like to work hard and play hard. Generally fair play for everyone involved in the production setting. Some people genuinely want to improve and grow the business.
Cons
Management lacks the social responsibility to pursue an appropriate work-life balance for every employee. The mandatory overtime at some facilities locks the lower level workers into a system of commitment that can only be broken with higher hourly wages to offset the dollars earned from excessive hours.
