Pros
Pay was good and working a 4/4 was nice until they scheduled training on your days off
Cons
There was very little communication and it often led to issues on the production floor. The company would always dangle the carrot of 'internal promotion ' but never filled vacancies internally. Every time a position became available they would magically hire from outside.
