      There are no pros for Berry Global.

      Cons

      This place was very behind the times in how employees were treated and related systems. Difficult environment to be successful in.. HQ in Evansville, IN and the culture reflects a small town/small mind. Not too mention that they manufacture NON recyclable PLASTIC products!

      Despite the longstanding history and continuous profits of Berry plastics among factories in Evansville it is unanimously viewed as the lowest paying and poorest conditions
