Pros
Decent benefits, average pay. If you know someone who works there, you're likely to get the job, even if you're not qualified. Many locations nationwide, so transfer a possibility (if your supervisor will allow it, that is!).
Cons
Overworked and underpaid are two fitting adjectives. This company never has enough people to get the job done. Morale is always low, and management is constantly bombarding its underlings with laundry lists of impossible demands. And they want it done yesterday. They are very reactive, not proactive. There is a huge lack of communication between management and everyone else. Procedures are messy, seldom followed and at times, unethical. Couldn't believe how disorganized it all was when I first started. If you want to transfer or leave, it's always personal, even if it's not. I'll be seeking a new employer soon!
