      PTO, benefits. Pretend “help” or guidance

      Cons

      If you don’t drink the Kool-aid and work as a robot they will discard you. And give horrible references. Which is a horrible business practice. Agile is a joke, they don’t actually use it for a benefit, just to have many meetings and then criticize you on your performance when you’re stuck in a 3 hour meeting.

      Remote jobs are good if you have small kids.

      It's a family business; they run the company based on feelings and emotions, and they are not professionals.
