Pros
Great benefits and pay. BMW is a Premium well known name and high profile brand. Job security with increased production and only plant in USA.
Cons
Not much movement within company. No accountability for individuals. More and more benefits are being reduced or eliminated complitly for example pension is no longer available to new hires. Working longer hours with reduced benefits.
