Pros
Pay is OK, but lowest in the car industry.
Cons
Bullying and psychologically dangerous behaviours are not just tolerated here, they're actively encouraged. HR turns a blind eye and colludes with managers' abusive conduct and deceitfulness, and happy to throw people under the bus and stealing other's ideas. Get used to seeing your colleagues and line managers regularly breaking down in tears or being signed off on endless stress leave. Burn out due to a top down culture of management using aggression and fear to manage people is common here. Discrimination is also rife, saw people openly making fun of people with disabilities, moaning about having to make reasonable adjustments, and not hiring BAME people! They've got a SPEAK OUT but it's mostly for corporate whistleblowing, so have no idea if the company wants to know about bullying and harassment. Everyone looks stressed and miserable. It's a shame because there are some good, talented people here, and there's no need to run a business like this.
