      Nice offices and people. Lots of people from Australia and Chile which was nice to get to work with different people.

      Cons

      Lots of people from Australia coming over, hiring less locals / Canadians. Culture was changing. Lots of change - constant restructuring and letting people go. No consistency.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
