      * You do get paid a little better than others (though don't expect to get any portion of your performance bonus)

      Cons

      * No training due to budget cuts * No career stability and constant cuts as well as teams that are so new they don't know what they are doing or how to progress any initiatives *Lots of office politics * Constant roll out of new programs "initiatives" that do not value add * Red tape *Long hours- expectation to work weekends and days off

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
