      BHP Billiton offers excellent pay and excellent benefits. BHP Billiton has instilled an excellent culture of "safety first" and they stand behind it. BHP Billiton cares about its employees and their families.

      Cons

      It is a very top-heavy organization. BHP is burden down with policies and procedures that prevents its assets from performing efficient and delivering a cheap product to the market.
