      Some great people and exciting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Lots of politics, bureaucracy and constantly changing direction, unrealistic deadlines, pockets of really poor culture and highly variable ways of dealing with poor behaviour depending on whether you were a BHP graduate (treated preferentially) or not. Remuneration lagging behind CPI increases.
