      Working in a hybrid environment, everyone is not tied to a schedule and may work however suited to them. Very safe and secure work. salary is above average, benefits are great

      Changes takes place at a very slow pace. everyone is stuck at the mentality of how things have always been done and is not very open to changes even if it means increase in effectiveness. career progression is very slow.
