      Pros

      Great Company in terms of financial stability, benefits, and work life balance. The 401K match is probably the best out there.

      Cons

      You have to network and be in a visible position by upper management in order to get promoted. Promotions are handed out to people that network really well and not neccessarily abilities to do the job.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
