      Pros

      Excellent benefits and fair wages. Offices were some of the best in town.

      Cons

      Hive mentality, closed all satellite offices that were acquired from another company acquisition, shipped all the jobs to Houston to a single headquarters.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
