Good pay and benefits. Flex work, 9/80 Fridays $5 lunch. work from home. Some good projects and possible international projects Diverse workforce/ Not too demanding - operate at 80% or less capacity. No stress - except the reorgs
Cons
Reorg hell. Constant reorgs. New CEO/ CIO major changes all way down to lowest person in org. Limited career development. Limited advancement. US has 2 offices (Houston and small 20 person office in Tucson). Expat assignments extremely rare. HR is a bot. Reorgs provide little to no benefits - except only way to promote, demote and remove. If your just starting your career - not best place for growth. Not so much as a con but is an Aussie company so Aussie culture - do your research on this to find our more.
