      Everyone is well paid at BHP.....nature of the industry.

      Cons

      Senior Management is completely self-absorbed. The vast majority of senior people are singularly concerned about the next step on the ladder. Additionally, the HR Teams I was exposed to are awful. Almost no regard for developing others besides than their own teams.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
