Safe employment and good team environment. Safety message is really strong and enacted on every level of the organisation. Culture is improving. Opportunities for interesting work.
Cons
Big slow moving organisation. Career progression is limited and purposefully limited to diversity candidate metrics, no matter the calibre of candidates. Development doesn't occur. Support for young professionals depends on management above you and those managers generally don't see the benefits activitiesuch outside site. Pay rises have been non existent.
