      Great people and great benefits. Great corporate culture. Yearly bonus was merit based so you had to work for it.

      Cons

      Long hours for project delivery often tipped the scales on the work-life balance in favor of the company. Time you can't get back.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
