      New upper management. Reorganization that laid off seasoned reps, added more upper management positions, made larger territories. Lowered qualifications to 0-2 years experience. Does not show value in customers nor employees. It’s all about making money.

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
