Pros
The company paid very well compared to office jobs that I have applied for. The building I worked in also has a great cafeteria with delicious food for cheap prices. The pace, though overall fast, can have a few minutes of downtime so it is not consistently fast, especially to those who are experienced in the office work life.
Cons
This position really benefits from someone who has held a previous office position, especially in the medical field or quality control. I would not recommend this position to anyone who has not been in a cubicle before. This job also requires expert detail-orientation skills.
