      It is truly an old boy network! Women are underpaid by a lot compared to male colleagues in same position. People are hired and promoted as favors to executive board members. Management is inept to say the least. Toxic work environment! Bullying. Harassment. Gossip rules the day. Management lies. HR completely ineffective!!

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
