      Pros

      They give opportunity to freshers but that too just because they can hire them on very low income.

      Cons

      You cant trust the HR's with your problems. Even if you share your issues with them, they will get involved in politics and straight away force you to resign. You will not be able to work and learn . The managers themselves are very relaxed and gossiping.

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
