      Great camaraderie, best airline in Latin America, expansion plans and growth. It has a great focus on corporate clients and therefore offers a better service than the industry standard at least in Colombia,.

      Cons

      Too much hierarchy and bureocracy. This makes decision making take a long time geopardizing great opportunities due to lack of ability for an on-time response.
