Good place to work, if you want a quiet/stable environment Wide range of areas to work within You can live long (but not wise) if you are not very proactive and don´t get into trouble Almost-free unlimited tickets
Cons
(Very) Old school culture, not alligned to an international business/ forecast Low rewarding, neither meritocratic or collegiate Not challenging work Extreme bureaucracy Non profesional business decision making process Complex internal politics: ex-politician as CEO of a business he doesn´t know about explains it all. Limited focus on talent acquisition, development and retention. Poor career development (low mobility -> VPs and Directors last too long, so does the CEO) and training. Low Compensation & benefits expected from a company of this size & image. Too many personal debts within the VP/C-Level, and Board!
