NOT a Destination Workplace - Developer Avaya Employee Review

Avaya is a mess. The senior management is clueless, and the pay is terrible for the amount of work they expect. There's zero job security, people are constantly worried about layoffs. The products are outdated and poorly made, with no real focus on quality. They outsource a lot of work to contractors from India who don’t seem to care much about the results, and there’s no accountability. Senior managers are out of touch and make bad decisions all the time. On top of that, the company culture is toxic, career growth is non-existent, and they don’t value their employees at all. It’s honestly one of the worst places to work.
