Business Outlook
Pros
Very flexible schedule options, as long as the work is completed. Avaya working hard to improve business processes and customer satisfaction. Generally good people and reasonable management to work with.
Cons
The remote working flexibility has a bit of an - out of sight - out of mind - downside. Lack of profitability restricts bonuses, travel options and training in general. Business processes, systems and tools, while being worked, are very antiquated.
