Pros
A lot of great employees. People who have been with the company for many years and willing to help however they can. Senior leadership seemingly making smart, sound decisions that are putting Avaya back on strong footing in the industry, as shown by our positive fiscal numbers in the last year. Salary is healthy vs industry standards. Able to work remotely.
Cons
Without previous industry experience, onboarding at Avaya is extremely difficult. The training tools are seriously lacking and with such a complex product line it makes it hard to get up to speed. The company is massive and yet processes are not well documented, further inhibiting the ability to learn your job.
