      Pros

      I have pride in what they do and most important I enjoy the people I work within the organization. This is the place where you get to learn new things and execute your thought processes. You get lot of insight in to business, venture new roles with in the org and get focused recognition on every success you achieve.

      Cons

      Cons There may me be Cons as its there in every company but as an employee of avaya I will put all my effort to convert those Cons to Pros rather than cribbing around.

      Pros

      The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

      Cons

      The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
