- If you have a reasonable revenue target and can manage to exceed it, you can make good money. - Some of the contact center solutions are superior to competitors.
Cons
- A lot of senior management unable to realize that the company is completely irrelevant in the enterprise (national/global) sector. - Vision and direction as it relates to solutions and products are always in flux. - Recent leadership changes have brought in a lot of people without a grasp how the business operates.
