Future is unclear - Technical Manager Avaya Employee Review

Ever since the company has gone private, financial information is not available for review, but that is typical. With the decline in the economy, Avaya sales have been impacted and many engineers and middle manager have lost their jobs. Many of them had 20-30 years of experience, the same people who made Avaya a market leader. Employees on the east coast of the US have been hit the hardest by the downsizing. This environment is causing many to leave on their own or are considering it. Avaya's future is very cloudy.
