Pros
The team I've found on the company is great, I've learned a lot a very fast about CC and CU technologies. They say and they mean "working from home is working". I've been able to meet people from completely different points in the world like Brazil, US, India, UK, etc. Everything in managed in English (this is a pro and a con). Projects can be hard, but mainly everything is up to you. Management is opened to hear.
Cons
Everything is in English, so depending your responsibilities, it is very important to manage the language. You might have to work with everyone from another country, at my first year, my team (devs, QA, PMs), customers, Boss, no one of them where at Buenos Aires. so if you are the kind of person who likes face to face kind of work can be hard depending on where you get into.
