Pros

Good compensation, good people to work with. The technology we work with is great, the customers are good to work with. The company has good benefit plans.

Cons

Too much offshoring of support to save support cost is driving customers away. There is breakdown between communication of leadership in different parts of the business and the world. Upper management is caught up putting out fires rather than helping the business improve. The company just brought on many more employees from Nortel. Some of the upper management is changing, I hope this leads to better more agressive direction.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
