As an engineer the opportunity to work on leading edge technology truly tests ones skills. Using these skills with teammates located across the globe presents a challenging development environment.
Cons
Business politics and ego centric leadership stifle opportunities. Lack of investment on infrastructure, tools, and training make it difficult to meet aggressive schedules. Recent mid level management new hires lack experience. This has created confusion in chain of command and management decisions.
