      Best in industry products Innovative product delvelopment Dedicated personnel Better than average pay and benefits - even though they are reducing each year

      Cons

      Poor perfomance management Extremely poor process control, management, and improvement Legacy "Old AT&T" dancers who politic and provide no value ad and will throw anyone "under the bus" You will work hard for the companies future without ever knowing if you will be a part of it - they will provide lip service that this is important You will always wonder whether the job that they told you was "criticial" will be phased out in the next month

      Pros

      The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

      Cons

      The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
