Pros

Amazing people who would go out their way to support (when you find them). Well known brand that carries clout with customers. The UKI Management team are great and very knowledgeable.

Cons

Product is falling behind, constant slippages in feature releases and slow/incomplete roadmap. Absolutely Zero training available, with a crazy amount of pressure to hit a number and grow (despite a transition from Capex to Opex). Micro management is actually prohibiting and a reduction in staff has lead to an almost impossibly low level of support. Homeworking has lead to a poor culture

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
