Pros

- Good salary - Flexible working hours - Nice cafeteria

Cons

- The most jargon ridden company in corporate history - Very little thinking outside the box and too much reinventing the wheel! (see item directly above) - Too many over paid consultants in it for the short term - Complex processes for vendors/customers - Left hand rarely knows what right hand is doing - Being managed for the most part by accountants and machiavellian snakes. No soul - New direction every few months, depending on whatever buzz concept is in vogue - No youthful energy - Why execute on project well when you can attempt to execute 10 projects poorly!

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
