Pros

Avaya has a pay-for-performance culture, so bonuses and merit increases are tied to performance. Company pay and benefits seem to be competive.

Cons

Internal processes within Avaya are broken and difficult, which slows everything down. Senior management lacks direction, few trust employees to make the right decision for themselves, and there is no accountability. Corporate initiatives are rarely completed... just as some new initiative is nearly complete, the management changes its mind and it's back to square-one.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
