Pros

i think avaya has absolutely great technology as in unquestionably a leader in call center and unified communication. what is even better is that technology is given to the avaya team and we are empowered to work virtually and be highly productive while still maintaining a strong work life balance. i believe that flexible has been one of the primary factors in the career longevity seen at Avaya. most of us agree that avaya has great people and that we are a very diverse bunch of people in style, manner, interests with a common love of technology and how the seemingly ordinary - a phone - can be an extraordinary differentiator.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
