      Pros

      The people at Avaya are awesome. The teamwork is very good. That atmosphere is casual in Colorado. Avaya is a world wide player in the Telecommunications industry.

      Cons

      The company is $6 billion in debt. The executives take huge retention bonuses and the regular employees are given week long unpaid furloughs. The company is planning to sell off pieces or all of the company to pay down the debt.

      Pros

      The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

      Cons

      The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
