Pros

good pay, great co-workers, very technical staff.

Cons

no training, no budget for anything unless your in sales, management is forced to rate certain percentage of employees as low, meets or exceeds. If their whole team does really good they still have to find staff to fit these three areas. Those in the low category are first to be laid off. Lay offs happen in small batches quarterly so that it doesn't make the company look bad. Silo-ed responsibilities which leaves an engineer only able to support a couple of products and not easy to move to another company with that knowledge.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
