Pros

Flexible hours, great people, good pay, great products that few know exist. The customers who do buy the products are genuinely satisfied with their purchase.

Cons

No growth, constant budget issues, grossly understaffed - I could work 24x7 and never get ahead. Lack of job security, at least once a year there are layoffs and the folks remaining get handed the jobs that were done by the departed to go along with the job they were already doing. Marketing is "misguided". Little to no training with respect to business tools and process.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
