Pros
Very pleasant recruitment and onboarding experience. People are very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Very inclusive and supportive company that allow you to manage your time and work on your own.
Cons
Constant changes, that make documenting anything difficult, a lot of information is word of mouth, lots of open source technology and steep learning curve, where the company training materials is severely lacking. Here are company wikis, some videos, figure it out on your own type of situation. Another con is that the company is downsizing and looking to cut costs.
