Pros

Avatures products are impressive. Almost everything has been developed in-house, so there are no API connections behind the scenes, due to acquisition of companies and merging of platforms. There are some really great people that work at Avature.

Cons

A key value of the culture is autonomy, but at time to me this creates a lack of clear processes and structure. As someone who is fully remote, at times I have struggled to get the support I need to complete client projects.

Hey Avaturian, thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad to hear you appreciate our products and the great people you work alongside. We understand that our dynamic nature might come with a demanding workload that ebbs and flows, especially for customer-facing positions like Implementation Consultants. While we empower Avaturians with the flexibility and autonomy to manage their schedules, we understand this can occasionally lead to challenges around clear planning and getting the support needed. We’re sorry that your experience hasn’t fully aligned with the balance we aim to achieve. Your feedback about resource management and planning is valuable, and we encourage you to connect with your leaders to address these organizational aspects and ensure smoother project execution within the whole Consulting team. Continuous improvement is key, and your insights are not only welcome but necessary to help us create a better experience for everyone. Thanks again for your input!
