      They offer good salaries, up to the average. Working from home

      Cons

      You will find lack of organisation & planning. Managers are not well qualified, they don't know so much about their role and how to achieve their objectives, because they don't have objectives. Seniors developers sucks, they think that they are the best of the best, poor guys.
