      Pros

      Avature is a great diverse company with talented professionals who work in a great collaborative way. We create this unique friendly environment which is constantly growing and transforming itself but being able to maintain it’s essence. At Avature is not about “what” we do but rather “how” we do it.

      Cons

      Nothing at this point. We used to have less benefits but that changed in this past year. We have quarterly salary reviews in Argentina and our salary is now 20% in usd and 80% in Arg pesos
