Pros
* Competitive salaries (especially for lower positions) * Excellent work environment. Really fun, easy-going and helpful people in general. * Good career growth opportunities as the company is constantly expanding and there are always challenges to tackle and appreciation for looking at what needs to be done and doing it.
Cons
All of these have their caveats but they are ongoing issues. * Bad work-life balance. It's not encouraged nor asked for but most people are overworked and working longer shifts than what would ideal because of a very fast-paced rate of growth and teams being always short-handed. * Opaque HR policies. Specially considering mobility opportunities that appear out of the blue with no formal process that could open them up for lower profile or laid back employees. * Sometimes chaotic, the product is great but it has yet to mature in some aspects (agile development mixed with some technical debt) nut internal organization in the midst of such growth takes a back seat. All this is to be expected and challenging to fix but more efforts could be invested. Specially by increasing hiring to give room for some teams to improve their processes, reduce their technical debt and get to a better work life balance.
