Basically the culture is selling what doesn't scale and it's ok because develpment will work out, which leads to 99% legacy code parched everywhere. Expecting 24/7/365 availability and even ask you to leave appointments for problems wehich were lead by bad feature use Bad salaries from what they expect Not enough accesories, we couldnt get a mouse pad because money was spent on marketing... thats a reference only of how managements is lead
